This integrated system comprises an automatic loading carousel, 24-station rotary indexing table with individual product holders, integrated spin coating units (stationary spray gun + rotating workpiece), double-stage IR pre-drying tunnels, main hot air drying area, cooling zone, and automatic unloading conveyor.

Our high-capacity 24-station rotary spin coating line is engineered for mass production of waterproof and oil-proof food containers, such as clamshells, plates, and bowls. The spin coating technology ensures a uniform, thin internal coating on complex 3D shapes, achieving complete coverage with minimal material usage. The multi-stage drying system ensures thorough curing without deformation of the pulp substrate.

Applying water-resistant (PFAS-free) or oil-resistant coatings to disposable food service products like takeaway containers, paper bowls, and snack trays.
