Product Description
The automatic spin coating equipment uses a spray gun and rotating base to apply food-grade safe fluorine-free coatings to pulp molded products such as paper rice bowls, lunch boxes, and soup bowls. This process creates uniform coatings while minimizing material usage, resulting in tableware with enhanced temperature resistance, oil and soup resistance, leak prevention, and non-stick properties for safe and environmentally friendly food packaging.
Coated dinner plates can serve as meat plates, fruit plates, soup bowls, and juice cups, effectively replacing plastic products. This technology enables the transition from paper bowls to coated products that are more environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
