The Curtain Coater (also called curtain coating machine or 淋涂机) applies a uniform, continuous curtain of liquid coating onto flat substrates as they pass underneath. Unlike roller coaters, curtain coaters achieve a thicker, mirror-like film in a single pass, making them ideal for high-gloss decorative finishes on furniture panels, doors, and flooring.

The coating is pumped into the inner cavity of the gravity head and flows down as an even, thin curtain. The substrates pass through at a constant speed, receiving a uniform coating layer.

The machine is fully customizable - coating thickness, conveyor width, belt speed, curing method, and multi-layer configuration can all be tailored to your specific production needs.
