Product Overview

This customizable 24-station spin coating line is a high-precision, automated production system engineered for applying uniform functional coatings (water/oil barrier, bio-based, UV-curable) to 3D-shaped products such as pulp-molded tableware, food containers, and industrial packaging.

Available in rotary indexing, modular robotic, and integrated drying configurations. The system is fully customizable in number of stations, output speed, coating weight, fixture design, and drying profile.

Working principle: Products are loaded onto custom fixtures on the rotary indexing table. At each spin station, precision dosing pumps dispense coating material onto the product, followed by high-speed spinning (centrifugal force) to evenly spread the coating across complex interior geometries, including corners and sidewalls. The coated products then pass through multi-stage drying tunnels (IR pre-dry + hot air curing + cooling) to achieve a pinhole-free, uniform barrier film with minimal material waste and >90% transfer efficiency.
