The transmission wheel is manufactured from 45# seamless steel pipe welded by CO², undergoes quenching and tempering processes, and features ground and embossed surfaces. It is dynamically balanced with runout less than 0.03mm and surface-plated with hard chrome. The transmission wheel utilizes direct plug-in connection transmission for seamless integration with the drive motor. The bearing system employs NSK bearings, while speed control is managed by Taiwan Delta frequency converter, maintaining precise speed control at 2-20M/min.
