We have been running this 24‑station spin coating production line for some time for our molded pulp product mass production. The whole line works stably in continuous‑shift operation. With 24 working stations, it greatly lifts our production throughput. The spin‑coating process delivers consistent coating thickness on pulp trays and bowls, even for complex curved surfaces. The PLC touch‑screen system stores multiple process recipes. Our operators can switch between different products quickly without complicated re‑setting. The integrated conveyor, spin‑coating units and drying tunnel work in good synchronization. Material waste is much lower compared with manual spraying. Daily maintenance is straightforward. We only need regular cleaning of the coating stations. The machine meets our mass‑production expectations, and we are satisfied with its overall performance.
