Microwave Vacuum Drying Equipment Industrial Microwave Vacuum Dryer designed specifically for lunch boxes, paper trays, and cardboard manufacturing. This industrial dryer utilizes heat energy from combustion devices with downstream heating methodology to efficiently reduce material moisture content.
The dryer operates by vaporizing and removing moisture (or other volatile liquid components) from materials through controlled heating, delivering solid materials with precisely specified moisture content levels.

Microwave heating employs high-frequency electromagnetic fields (2450MHz) that cause polar molecules within materials (water, proteins, nucleic acids, fats, carbohydrates) to rapidly oscillate billions of times per second.
