This high‑precision UV roller coater is specifically developed for thin, heat‑sensitive panels and sheets such as PVC foam board, acrylic sheet, polycarbonate, veneer, and thin aluminum composite. It uses an anilox roller with enclosed doctor blade chamber to apply extremely thin and uniform UV coating (3-50 µm) without over‑application.
